William "Paul" Reynolds, age 74, of Tonawanda, died Saturday, September 14, 2019, at his residence, after a long illness. Born September 21, 1944 in Buffalo, he was the son of the late William and Helen (nee Rabb) Reynolds. A lifelong resident of Tonawanda, Paul was a graduate of Tonawanda High School, class of 1962, and was a lifetime member of the Tonawanda American Little League. Paul was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of the American Legion for more than 25 years.
He was the husband of Kathleen (nee Chatfield) Reynolds for 49 years; father of Craig Reynolds of Tonawanda and Carrie Anne (Ted) Potts of Wheatfield; grandfather of Matthew and Megan Reynolds, and Abigail, Christopher, and Sarah Potts; brother of Robert Reynolds; and brother-in-law of Charles (Alice) Chatfield and Terrance (Mary Jean) Chatfield. Also surviving are his former daughter-in-law, Andrea Reynolds, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 4-8 PM Tuesday at the HAMP FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 37 Adam Street at Seymour, Tonawanda, where funeral services will be held at 10 AM Wednesday. Friends invited. Interment in White Chapel Memorial Park, Town of Amherst. If desired, memorials to Hospice Buffalo, PO Box 590, Buffalo, NY 14240, are preferred by the family.
